Scope
Amorees accepts returns for issues attributable to the manufacturer, including but not limited to: defective items, technical faults, significant cosmetic defects, items not functioning as described, or missing accessories.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt for manufacturer-related issues. Please keep the product in its original condition with all accessories/packaging (if applicable) when submitting your request.
Non-eligible cases
Customer-caused issues (misuse, normal wear and tear, impact damage, heat/chemical exposure, unauthorized repair/modification, or any damage outside normal use) are not eligible for return.
Return process
- Contact Amorees with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos/videos if available.
- Our support team will verify and propose a resolution (replacement/partial refund/full refund depending on the case).
- Send the item back as instructed; Amorees will process it as soon as possible.
Shipping costs
For manufacturer-related issues, Amorees will cover two-way shipping costs per our instructions. In other cases, customers are responsible for any incurred fees.
